INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Improvement of Various Rural Roads in Butuan City Phase IV with Exception
1. The City Government of Butuan, through the City Engineering Department-Special Purpose Appropriations: 20% Development Fund under City Ordinance No. 7176-2024 (Annual Budget 2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Three Million Three Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Twenty Pesos Only (Php 243,382,020.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Various Rural Roads in Butuan City Phase IV with Exception. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Butuan now Three Hundred Ten (310) Calendar Day/s. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
