Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
IMPROVEMENT OF VARIOUS FACILITIES AT IT PARK, SECTORAL COMPLEX AND BSP COMPLEX, CALAPAN CITY, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the SB No. 3 - GF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Sixty Pesos and 48/100 (Php 4,195,060.48) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Improvement of Various Facilities at IT Park, Sectoral Complex and BSP Complex, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2025-191)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 40 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
