REBIDDING
1. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the:
a. Name of Project : Improvement of Public Parks
b. Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 312,973.50
c. Bid Document Fee : Php 1,000.00
2. Bids exceeding the stated amount of ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
3. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez now invites bids from authorized Philippine suppliers, distributors, and dealers for the Improvement of Public Parks, Barangay Poblacion II.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. All particulars relative to this bidding include Eligibility Checking, Bid Security, Evaluation, and Post-Qualification. Procedures and Award of Contract shall be governed by R.A. 9184 and its Revised IRR.
