IMPROVEMENT OF ONE TOWN ONE PRODUCT (OTOP) HUB, CALBAYOG CITY
1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2024 - 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF ONE TOWN ONE PRODUCT (OTOP) HUB, CALBAYOG CITY - ID No. JAN06-2024-135. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
