Invitation to Bid for the IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL CREEK AT WET MARKET
. The Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND EIGHTH EIGHTEEN PESOS & 21/100 only (Php899,818.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL CREEK AT WET MARKETBids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL CREEK AT WET MARKET . Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
