1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Pesos (Php 4,875,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Farmer-s Multipurpose Building (Construction of Two-Storey Multipurpose Building) - Brgy. Quinabalayangan, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 24-95-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
