Description : The Local Government Unit - Quinapondan, Eastern Samar, through the Bids & Awards Committee (BAC ), intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php650,000.00) under the fund of MDRRMF 2024, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Improvement of Evacuation Center (Internal Paintings, Installation of Window Grills, Triage & Tile Setting), Brgy. San Pedro, Quinapondan Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
