Procurement of Infra (Rehabilitation of Waterworks System)(Rebid)
1. The City Government of Tagbilaran, through the A.O. No. 2024-02 for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Six Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos and 42/100 only (Php 11,639,778.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No. 2412-900 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Tagbilaran now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 105 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
