Supply and Delivery of Toner and Ink Partnership for CY 2025
IB No. 2025 - 10
1. The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC) Cabanatuan City, through Income Fund with Certificate of Availability of Fund (CAF) No. 2025-053 dated February 12, 2025 intends to apply the total sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Toner and Ink Partnership for CY 2025 under IB No. 2025-10. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Dr. PJGMRMC Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery terms specified in Section VI Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
