1. The Ospital ng Palawan, through the Regular Agency Fund and Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Eight Million Two Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Nine Pesos & 28/100 (P58,224,679.28) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Hemodialysis (HD) Treatment Package and Consumables with HD Machine/ Equipment Tie-up and HD Center Set-up with reference number IB-GOODS-2025-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
