Procurement for Hilaan Women-s Association (Beverage Vending)
1. The Barangay Hilaan, Bontoc, Southern Leyte, through the DOLE RO 8 Integrated Livelihood Program for the Project of Hilaan Women-s Association (Beverage Vending), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Hilaan Women-s Association (Beverage Vending) of Barangay Hilaan, Bontoc, Southern leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Hilaan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required Thirty (30) days upon receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in section II (Instructions to Bidders).
