INVITATION TO BID FOR the
HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE WASTE OF MUNICIPALITY OF BALAGTAS
1. The Municipality of Balagtas, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of Sixty Four Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Four Hundred (P 64,960,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE WASTE OF MUNICIPALITY OF BALAGTAS (HDG 01-02-2025) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balagtas now invites bids for the above HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE WASTE OF MUNICIPALITY OF BALAGTAS (HDG 01-02-2025) Delivery of the Goods is required by 12 MONTHS. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
