Supply and Installation of One (1) lot of Sound System for Sporting Events including accessories and One (1) lot of Sound System for Live Events including accessories to be used at Provincial Sports Complex
1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Continuing Appropriation of the Capability Building Program - General Fund of FY 2020 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Five Million One Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fourteen Pesos (P 75,155,814.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,... - Documents :
