1. The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority, through its Board-approved Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Twenty and 56/100 Pesos (Php4,912,420.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF OPEN DRAINAGE SYSTEM FROM KIRAHON TO PHQ, VILLANUEVA (GSD-FEB-25-118). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority through its Bids and Awards Committee now invite bids for the hereunder Project.
