1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 2,854,450.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Grocery Items to be distributed to the Affected Families of Shearline. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division Goods and Services Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed.
