Invitation to Bid
for the
Food and Venue for the Strategic Planning and Year-End Assessment of the City Treasurer-s Office
1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Pesos (Php 495,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Food and Venue for the Strategic Planning and Year-End Assessment of the City Treasurer-s Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within the Activity Date upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
