The Department of Agrarian Reform Central Office has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of Value Chain Innovation for Sustainable Transformation in Agrarian Reform Communities (VISTA) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the recruitment of consulting services provided by an individual consultant as part of the post of Senior Social, Environmental and Climate Assessment Procedures (SECAP) Specialist.
