EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BICYCLE FOR BHWs OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABIAO, NUEVA ECIJA
1. The Municipality of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, through the General Fund FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 692,000.00), inclusive of VAT, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Bicycle for BHWs of the Municipality of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija with Project ID No. 2025-005.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The award of the contract is subject to the effectivity of the Appropriation Ordinance of the Annual Budget for FY 2025.
The Municipality of Cabiao is conducting this procurement through the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for FY 2025 to ensure the timely delivery of goods, implementation of infrastructure projects and rendition of consultancy services, consistent with the GPPB Resolution No. 14-2019 dated July 17, 2019.
