1. The Municipality of Bacnotan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of:

NAME OF CONTRACT: EARLY PROCUREMENT FOR 2025: Provision of technical requirements and rental of lights and sound system for all Diro Festival events 2025, Bacnotan, La Union
being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bacnotan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days starting on the identified month of DIRO Festival 2025.
