Invitation to Bid for
Road Reblocking of Local Road Phase II (Procurement Project is Undertaken through Early Procurement Activity or EPA)
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF MACARTHUR, LEYTE, through 20% EDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS (Php5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Reblocking of Local Road Phase II at Poblacion District III, MacArthur, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF MACARTHUR, LEYTE now invites bids for Road Reblocking of Local Road Phase II at Poblcaion District III, MacArthur, Leyte. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
