1. The Local Government Unit of Burgos, through budget from 20% Municipal Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Development of Relocation Site located at Sitio Patag, Burgos, Surigao del Norte - Phase 2 / Contract No. B-06-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Burgos now invites bids for the Development of Relocation Site located at Sitio Patag, Burgos, Surigao del Norte - Phase 2. Completion of Works is required to be completed 120 working days from receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
