1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (Php 2,925,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Desilting and Construction of Drainage Canal along Barangobong to Ayusan (Desilting and Construction of Drainage Canal) - Brgy. Barangobong-Ayusan, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 24-92-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is eighty-nine-point ten (89.10) calendar days.
