1 The Department of Education, Schools Division Office of Cagayan through the CY 2024 Repair of Classrooms Program Batch 1 under SUB-ARO No. OSEC-2-24-5401 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Six Pesos and 75/100 Centavos (PhP3,095,396.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFRA2025-042. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
