1. The Department of Education (DepED) Division of Northern Samar, through the FY 2023 GAA, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Fifty-Six Pesos & 59/100 Centavos Only (PhP 6,443,056.59), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Construction of Temporary Learning Space consisting of nine (9) lots as follows:
