1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-X through TRUST FUND DA PHASE II December 9, 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty - Five Million Six Hundred Twenty - Two Thousand Three Hundred Forty - Four Pesos (P25,622,344.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. X7-24-12-574. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
