CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM WITH SOLAR POWER OPERATED PUMP AT CABUGAO, SAN ROQUE, MALILIPOT, ALBAY
1. The LGU of Malilipot, through the 20% EDF CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Seven Pesos and Seventeen Centavos(1,999,957.17), being the Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM WITH SOLAR POWER OPERATED PUMP Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Malilipot, now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM WITH SOLAR POWER OPERATED PUMP. Completion of the Works is required within 111 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
