1. The National Irrigation Administration Regional Office VI, Iloilo City, through the General` Appropriation Act (GAA) 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum for NINETY TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY TWO PHILIPPINE PESOS AND 75/100 (Php 92,208,792.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Solar Powered Pump Irrigation Systems/Projects in the Province of Negros Occidental-02 CY 2025 with Contract Reference No. NIAR6-NEGROS OCCIDENTAL-EPIP-SOLAR-CW10-2025.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration Regional Office VI, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The Project locations are the following:
