Construction of Simpian SIP Canal Lining and Canal Structures
1. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriate Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million One Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Six Pesos and 41/100 (14,186,506.41) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Simpian SIP Canal Lining and Canal Structures with Contract Number: PALIMO-SIP-SMPN-15M-CY25-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
