Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Construction of Seed Storage under Organic Agriculture Program FY 2025
1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-A, through the Organic Agriculture Program intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and 2/100 (₱1,980,198.02) under the contract for Construction of Seed Storage under Organic Agriculture Program FY 2025 and Project Identification Number (ITB-2025-03-220). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-A, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) days with S-Curve. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic... - Documents :
