CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC MARKET BUILDING NO.10
1. The Local Government of Maitum, through AO 2024-002 (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2 CY 2024) intends to apply the sum of Php 14,999,860.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC MARKET BUILDING NO.10. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maitum now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC MARKET BUILDING NO.10.Completion of the Works is required 482 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
