1. The DepEd-Schools Division of Victorias City through the General Appropriations Act (GAA)Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Forty- Eight Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos and Three Centavos (Php 5,848,285.03) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to the Construction of One (1) -Storey Library Hub Building for the City Schools Division of Victorias with Bid Reference No. SDOVC-INFRA2025- 001.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DepEd-Schools Division of Victorias City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of Works is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
