1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the GENERAL FUND- 20% DEVELOMENT FUND 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-One Pesos and 30/100 Only (Php 2,774,421.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Materials Recovery Facilities of Five (5) Brgy. Provincial Wide at Brgy. Balaoang, Paniqui, Tarlac; Brgy. Buenlag, Gerona, Tarlac; Brgy. Moriones, San Jose, Tarlac; Brgy. Bantog, Lapaz, Tarlac and Brgy. Cacamilingan Norte, Camiling, Tarlac/ B-CW-2024-008-S. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
