MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LINE CANAL
1. The BARANGAY 4 SAGPON, through the Barangay Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS & 62/100 (Php 142,915.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the Materials for the CONSTRUCTION OF LINE CANAL REFERENCE NO. 11740176 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at BID Opening.
2. The BARANGAY 4 SAGPON now invites bids to furnish the CONSTRUCTION OF LINE CANAL Delivery of the Materials is required 15 days upon issuance of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 15 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, A contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
