Description : 1. The Bids and Awards Committee of Local Government Unit of Tukuran, Zds, through the 20% Economic Development Fund (EDF) (Continuing Appropriation) for the Counterpart for Foreign/Nationally Funded Programs/Projects intends to apply the sum of Php 474,120.36 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Libertad Barangay Health Station (Counterpart). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee of Local Government Unit of Tukuran, Zds. now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 34 C.D. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
