(Dynamic Musical Lights Using Moving Heads, Par Lights and RGB LED Strips)
The MUNICIPALITY OF ESPERANZA, SULTAN KUDARAT, through the 20% Development Fund 2024 and SPA 2024 intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION PESOS(Php10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Four(4) Storey Multi-Purpose Building-Phase 3 (Dynamic Musical Lights Using Moving Heads, Par Lights and RGB LED Strips) and GEPS NO. 2024-017 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF ESPERANZA, SULTAN KUDARAT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is within 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
