Description : CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR (4) UNITS OF OPERATION CENTERS
UNDER GAAB 2025
IB NO. MOH-BARMM-GAAB2025-03-2025-001
1. The Ministry of Health - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao
(MOH-BARMM), through the GAAB 2025, intends to apply the sum of
NINETEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS only (PHP
19,800,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for each lot. Bids received more than the ABC for each shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MOH-BARMM now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works requires are INDICATED IN THE TABLE UNDER
PARAGRAPH 1
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules
and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
