1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Pesos (Php 4,875,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Farmer-s Seawall (Reinforced Concrete Flood Control) - Brgy. Paratong, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 24-94-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is eighty-nine-point seventy (89.70) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
