Invitation to Bid for
Construction of e-Library (Modified) at ELJ Memorial National High School, Brgy. Bertese, Quezon, Nueva Ecija
1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the Special Educational Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 10,600,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of e-Library (Modified) at ELJ Memorial National High School, Brgy. Bertese, Quezon, Nueva Ecija. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PGNE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
