Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Drainage Canal
1. The Barangay Aduas Norte, through the Annual Budget 2025(General Fund) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 800,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage Canal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Aduas Norte now invites bids for Construction of Drainage Canal. Completion of the Works is required from January 23 to February 23,2025. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) weeks from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
