The Provincial Government of Bataan, through the 20% Development Fund001 intends to apply the below listed project w/ corresponding Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

The Provincial Government of Bataan now invites bids for the above listed Projects. Completion of works for Project No.1 & for Project No.3 are within 90 Calendar Days and for Project No. 2 is within 75 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid.
