1. The Municipality of Mangatarem, Pangasinan, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) for the Construction of a Dialysis Center along Daang Kalikasan, Mangatarem, Pangasinan (2025-03-15), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the said lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mangatarem, Pangasinan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 158 working days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
