Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BAYANAN LAKESHORE PUBLIC PARK (PHASE 2) AT BRGY. BAYANAN, MUNTINLUPA CITY
1. The City Government of Muntinlupa, through the duly approved 2025 Executive Budget & LGSF-Green Green Green intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty One Pesos & 51/100 (P16,520,861.51) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Bayanan Lakeshore Public Park (Phase 2) at Brgy. Bayanan, Muntinlupa City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
