Description : 1. The Brgy. San Antonio through the BLGU-San Antonio intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Five Pesos Only (P199,945.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Brgy Road @ Purok 1.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. San Antonio now invites bids for Construction of Brgy Road @ Purok 1. Completion of the Works is required within 30 days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
