Description : BARANGAY WESTERN BICUTAN, through the BARANGAY ANNUAL BUDGET CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS (PHP 1,980,332.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF BARANGAY HALL PHASE1 / PR NO. 2024-10-1623. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
BARANGAY WESTERN BICUTAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of Works is required by DECEMBER 27, 2024. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
