1. The Bulacan State University, through the Income Fund FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Nine Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Four Pesos and 97/100 (₱99,799,944.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 5-Storey College of Architecture and Fine Arts with Roof Garden at BulSU Campus 2 (Infra-2025-14). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bulacan State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Sixty (360) calendar days, upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
