1. The LGU-General Mamerto Natividad, Nueva Ecija, through the 2025 20% Development Programs intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the said project. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
