Invitation to Bid for Concreting of Road Going to Station 2
1. The Municipality of Kitcharao, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (PhP 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Road Going to Station 2 with Project Identification Number of 04-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Kitcharao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty three (123) calendar days. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders) and its scope of works are as follows:
