Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIAL FORCONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD
1. The Barangay Government of PAYAPA IBABA from 20% Ldf intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR PESOS & 49/100 ( PHP 858,264.49)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for CONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD/ Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Government of PAYAPA IBABA now invites bids for the supply of labor and materials for CONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD .Completion of works is required fifteen (15) days after the receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly in section II instruction to bidders
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules& regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184) otherwise known as Government procurement reform act.
