Invitation to Bid
1. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro, through the Trust Fund (Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to LGUs, FY 2024 General Appropriations Act, Republic Act No. 11975) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Local Road in Barangay Laac (Pob.), Laak, Davao de Oro, PB(CW) PR No. 25-0073. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred forty (240) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
