CONCRETING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD (BRGY. LAGUBANG)
1. The Municipality of Senator Ninoy Aquino, through a TRUST FUND (SBDP 2024) allocation intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Four Pesos and 21/100 (Php4,999,584.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Farm to Market Road (Brgy. Lagubang). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Senator Ninoy Aquino now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 67 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
